Refund & Cancellation Policy - Vardhman Education
Digital Products (Study Notes & Reference Guide):
All digital products, including Study Notes, Reference PDFs, and Digital Guides, are delivered electronically.
- Non-Refundable: Once the digital file has been downloaded or sent via email/WhatsApp, it is considered “consumed.” Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds on digital products.
- Wrong Subject/Material: If you receive a file for a subject other than the one you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours. If we are unable to provide the correct Study Note file, a full refund will be initiated.
Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds will only be considered under the following special circumstances:
- If you were charged multiple times for the same order due to a technical glitch.
- If the study material provided is completely different from the subject you ordered and we are unable to provide the correct one.
Processing Refunds:
Once your refund request is approved according to our terms, the following process will be followed:
- Mode of Refund: All eligible refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card) used at the time of purchase.
- Timeframe: After approval, the refund will be initiated within 2-3 working days. However, it may take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- Notification: You will receive a confirmation message via Email or WhatsApp once the refund has been processed from our end.
- Duplicate Payments: In case of multiple debits for a single order, the excess amount will be refunded automatically after verification of the transaction.
